Terms of Service

By accessing or using FaucetJoy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. By using FaucetJoy, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Rules & Restrictions

To ensure a fair environment for all users and advertisers, the following rules are strictly enforced:

  • One Account Per Person: You are allowed to create and use only one account. Multiple accounts per person, household, or IP address will result in a permanent ban of all related accounts.
  • VPN/Proxy/VPS: The use of VPN, Proxy, VPS, or any anonymity-masking software is strictly prohibited. Our system automatically detects these services, and their use will lead to immediate account suspension.
  • Automated Bots: Any use of scripts, automated bots, or software to claim rewards is a violation of these terms. Accounts suspected of botting will be terminated without notice and funds will be forfeited.
  • Ad-Blockers: As our rewards are funded by advertisements, using ad-blocking software while using FaucetJoy is discouraged and may interfere with your ability to earn.

3. Rewards and Withdrawals

FaucetJoy provides rewards in "Litoshi" (Satoshi of Litecoin). These rewards are virtual points until they are successfully withdrawn to a verified FaucetPay account.

  • Minimum Withdrawal: Users must reach the minimum threshold (currently 6,000 Litoshi) to request a payout.
  • Daily Limits: For security reasons, we enforce a cumulative daily withdrawal limit (currently 100,000 Litoshi).
  • Verification: We reserve the right to manually review any withdrawal request. If fraud is detected, the request will be rejected and the account banned.

4. Advertiser Terms

Advertisers purchase traffic (PTC ads) through our platform. By purchasing an advertisement, you agree that:

  • Content: You will not promote illegal content, viruses, malware, or pornographic material. Every ad is subject to manual admin approval.
  • Refunds: All deposits to the Advertiser Balance and Internal Transfers from the Main Balance are final and non-refundable.
  • Budget: Once a campaign is started, the associated Litoshi are deducted from your Advertiser Balance.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

FaucetJoy is not a financial institution or investment platform. Cryptocurrencies are volatile. We are not responsible for any loss of value of the rewards earned. We provide our services on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
