Terms of Service

By accessing or using FaucetJoy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. By using FaucetJoy, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Rules & Restrictions

To ensure a fair environment for all users and advertisers, the following rules are strictly enforced:

  • One Account Per Person: You are allowed to create and use only one account. Multiple accounts per person, household, or IP address may result in a permanent ban of all related accounts.
  • VPN/Proxy/VPS: The use of VPN, Proxy, VPS, or anonymity-masking software is strictly prohibited. Their use may lead to immediate account suspension.
  • Automated Bots: Any use of scripts, automated bots, browser automation, emulators, or software to claim rewards is a violation of these terms. Accounts suspected of botting may be terminated without notice, and funds may be forfeited.
  • Ad-Blockers: As our rewards are funded by advertisements, using ad-blocking software while using FaucetJoy is discouraged and may interfere with your ability to earn.

3. Joy Rewards and Withdrawals

FaucetJoy rewards users with Joy, which is an internal platform balance. Joy is not a blockchain coin, token, or cryptocurrency and cannot be withdrawn directly to FaucetPay.

When a user requests a withdrawal, the selected Joy amount is converted by the platform into an estimated USD value using the platform's fixed Joy valuation. The system then calculates the equivalent Litecoin payout based on the current LTC market price and sends the payout as Litoshi to the user's FaucetPay account.

  • Internal Balance: Joy is an internal reward balance used inside FaucetJoy.
  • Payout Currency: Withdrawals are paid in Litoshi, which is the smallest unit of Litecoin, through FaucetPay.
  • Conversion Rate: The final Litoshi payout depends on the current LTC price at the time of withdrawal calculation. Cryptocurrency prices may change, and the displayed estimate may differ from future values.
  • Minimum Withdrawal: Users must reach the minimum Joy withdrawal threshold shown on the withdrawal page to request a payout.
  • Daily Limits: For security and budget reasons, FaucetJoy may enforce daily withdrawal limits, cooldowns, and manual review rules.
  • Verification: We reserve the right to manually review any withdrawal request. If fraud, abuse, bot activity, multi-accounting, or rule violations are detected, the request may be rejected and the account may be suspended or banned.

4. Advertiser Terms

Advertisers may purchase traffic, such as PTC campaigns, through our platform. Campaigns are funded using the Advertiser Balance.

  • Content: Advertisers must not promote illegal content, malware, phishing, adult content, scams, hate content, or any content that violates applicable laws or FaucetJoy rules. Every ad may be subject to manual admin approval.
  • Advertiser Balance: Deposits and internal transfers to the Advertiser Balance are intended only for advertising campaigns.
  • Refunds: All deposits to the Advertiser Balance and internal transfers from the Main Balance are final and non-refundable, unless FaucetJoy decides otherwise at its sole discretion.
  • Campaign Cost: Once a campaign is created, the required Joy amount is deducted from the Advertiser Balance.
  • Approval: Campaigns may remain pending until they are reviewed and approved by an administrator.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

FaucetJoy is not a financial institution, investment platform, wallet provider, or cryptocurrency exchange. Rewards earned on FaucetJoy are promotional rewards funded by advertisements and platform activity.

Cryptocurrencies are volatile. The value of Litecoin, Litoshi, and related payout estimates may change at any time. FaucetJoy is not responsible for any loss of value caused by market movement, third-party service errors, FaucetPay issues, network problems, or price API errors.

We provide our services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

6. Account Suspension and Forfeiture

FaucetJoy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms of Service, attempt to exploit the reward system, use automation, abuse advertisements, submit fraudulent withdrawals, or otherwise harm the platform.

In cases of fraud, abuse, or rule violations, pending rewards, Joy balance, advertiser balance, bonuses, and withdrawal requests may be cancelled or forfeited.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
